After the maximum Bonus Daily Cash has been earned, the account will revert to earning its standard 1/2/3% Daily Cash earn rates applicable for all purchases as defined in the Apple Card Customer Agreement. The Bonus Earn Rate will always be exclusively applied to the standard Daily Cash earn rates. This means during the Offer or Purchase Period, you may be eligible to participate in other Apple Card promotional offers, however, you will not receive twice the earn rate on any non-standard or promotional earn rates available to you through that additional promotional offer. Rather, the Bonus Daily Cash earn rate will only apply as outlined for this offer. Qualifying Purchases at grocery stores include those made at supermarkets, Instacart, Whole Foods purchases via Amazon, and warehouse clubs. Purchases that are not eligible for this offer are purchases made at Costco (in-store), Target (online), Walmart (online), convenience stores, specialty food markets, grocery delivery services (except Instacart which is eligible), meal-kit delivery services, gift cards purchased through grocery stores or websites where gift cards are fulfilled through a third party, and purchase of any grocery items from non-grocery store merchants like Walgreens or other merchants selling grocery items. Merchants are assigned a merchant category code (MCC) by the credit card network based on its primary line of business. Qualifying Purchases are determined based on the MCC reported by the merchant. If a merchant does not submit transactions using the anticipated MCC associated with a grocery store, your purchase may not qualify for the Bonus Daily Cash earn rate. Apple and Goldman Sachs Bank USA do not determine, and are not responsible for the MCC assigned to or reported by the merchant. Bonus Daily Cash earn rate can only be received on purchases made by the New Apple Card account holder who opens a new Apple Card account during Offer Period. New Apple Card account holder does not include Co-Owners or Participants added to an Apple Card Family during the Offer or Purchase Periods. This means purchases made by Apple Card Family members will not earn the Bonus Daily Cash earn rate and rather will only earn their standard 1/2/3% earn rates as described in the Apple Card Customer Agreement. Returns and refunds of purchases made during the Purchase Period may result in a Daily Cash adjustment charge to your account. An additional purchase made during the Purchase Period may qualify you for re-fulfillment of the Daily Cash bonus, but re-fulfillment may be delayed. You can choose to direct Daily Cash to a Savings account or to an Apple Cash account. If you do not have either set up to receive your Daily Cash, it can be applied as statement credit upon request.
